I started 1 Home Construction because I wanted to build things correctly — not fast, not cheap, just correctly. Las Vegas was growing, and homeowners needed a contractor who would still be around after the project closed. I wanted to be that contractor.
That was 2004. I named the company what it does. I didn’t want a brand that could be sold or handed off — the name is tied to the work, and the work is tied to me.
Twenty-plus years later, we’re still operating under the same license number. The same name on the state contractors board record is the same name on every permit we pull today.
We do the job right, we hold every license we need to do it, and we bring the same crew to every project from start to finish.
