Primary Bathroom

A Floating Vanity, Lit Mirror and New Tile

The primary bathroom was rebuilt around a light oak floating double vanity with a white countertop and two basins. Lifting the vanity off the floor keeps the tile running unbroken underneath, which makes the room read larger and makes the floor easier to clean.

Above it, a wide mirror with integrated LED lighting replaces separate sconces, putting even, shadow-free light at face height. The walls are finished in large-format gray tile and the floor in a gray marble-look tile, with a glass-enclosed tub and shower at the far end. Large tiles keep grout lines to a minimum, which pays off in Las Vegas, where hard water marks grout first. Bathroom remodel costs in Las Vegas.

Second Bathroom

Wood-Look Tile and a Floating Vanity

The second bathroom takes a warmer direction: wood-look wall tile running floor to ceiling, a floating oak vanity with a vessel sink and a slim countertop, and another lit mirror. Wood-look porcelain gives the grain and warmth of timber on a wet wall without any of the swelling, sealing or upkeep real wood would need beside a sink.

Matching the vanity style and mirror lighting across both bathrooms ties the house together, while the different wall tiles give each room its own character.

Fireplace & Feature Walls

Floor-to-Ceiling Stone-Look Tile

The fireplace tile was replaced entirely. In place of the old surround, large-format stone-look tile with strong natural veining now runs floor to ceiling, turning the fireplace into the focal point of the room under the wood plank ceiling.

Big-format panels are what make a wall like this work. Fewer joints let the veining read as continuous stone rather than a grid of tiles, and porcelain holds up to heat near a firebox without the sealing and staining concerns of natural marble. Getting the veining to flow across panels is careful layout work, which is exactly why we keep tile with our own crews. More on our tile and interior work.

The Service Behind This Project

Interior Remodeling

We handle interior remodels across the Las Vegas valley, from a single bathroom to tile, vanity and lighting work running through a whole home, like this one. Flooring, tile and painting are done by our own licensed crews rather than subcontracted, which matters most on large-format tile, where layout and veining alignment decide how the finished wall looks.

We help settle material choices early: which tiles suit a wet wall versus a fireplace, where a floating vanity works, and how lighting and mirrors fit together, so the order goes in once and the rooms come out consistent.
